1. Information We Collect

SmartestDesk Bar collects only the information required to deliver your acquisition and to maintain your access. This includes (i) the name and email address you provide at the time of purchase through our payment processor, Stripe, (ii) the billing address you provide to Stripe to process the transaction, and (iii) the access codes we issue to you and the date and time of your activations.

2. How We Use That Information

We use the information solely to (i) confirm and process your acquisition, (ii) deliver your access code and welcome guide, (iii) maintain the gated access to The Outline and The Bank, (iv) respond to support inquiries you initiate, and (v) maintain the legally-required records of sales.

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with marketing partners. We do not run advertising tracking on our materials. We do not transfer your information internationally except as required to process your payment through Stripe.

4. Stripe and Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. SmartestDesk Bar does not receive or store your full credit card number, CVV, or full bank account details. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Our access portals use browser session storage to remember your access code during a session, so you do not have to re-enter it on every page. Session storage is cleared when you close your browser. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Email Communication

We email you only (i) at the point of purchase, to deliver your access code and welcome guide, (ii) in response to support inquiries you initiate, and (iii) where reasonably necessary to inform you of material changes to your access or to the materials you have acquired. We do not send promotional email.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request its deletion, by writing to support@smartestdeskbar.com. Requests will be processed within thirty (30) days. Deletion may impair our ability to maintain your active access.

8. Children

SmartestDesk Bar is not directed to and does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active buyers by email.
